Purchased paint for new shed. Staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
No customer service. Waited for someone to come to help me get a string trimmer. Went to the customer service desk asking for help. Heard the person talking to someone else that no one was in.She paged someone anyways . I stood there for 15 minutes then left. This has happened to me on numerous occasions at this location. They're to busy gossiping about their co- workers.
Worst Home Depot experience ever, I typically go to the one in markham and Iusually dont even write reviews. During this shopping trip i asked an employee to get someone to use the panel saw for me, about 10 minutes went by and i asked again because it had taken so long. But yet still no one came, I have been waiting for 45 and the worker i originally asked had finished their shift and left, I even tried to ask other employees but never had anyone come out to help.
