Had what was needed, would be nice to see more packout stuff.
We had a great experience working with James at Home Depot while choosing blinds for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options clearly, helping us find exactly what we needed. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process easy and stress-free. James is truly an asset to the company, and we really appreciate his excellent customer service. HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEE! I never ever have any problems at this store, but last time I went (1-2 weeks ago), self checkout employee Maria (short hair older lady), was absolutely horrendous to me and my family. We picked a little kinder egg next to the register and paid. Customer service is very bad, workers don't even know their own policies. The assistant manager, the managers they make up stories to their own benefits. Changing the policies and making people pay more than their due. The assistant manager was very rude.
When I decided to paint my laminate kitchen cupboards I was told they had to be sanded.. ok so after the sanding I started to paint them and what a nightmare!! U could see all the sanding and scuff marks! I have a lot of cupboards …It was awful.. !! so I decided to paint with a matte base .. uggg when I got home it was the wrong color and the wrong base !!!
