Enclosed utility rental….. booked a month in advance . 8am day of pick up….. reservation was cancelled by Home Depot via email. Trailer wouldn’t be available for another 4 days. Way to drop the ball and leave us high and dry. London east came through clutch day of and saved you guys.
We reserved a utility trailer 2 weeks in advance from the Rental Center. Then the DAY OF they sent us an email that it wasn’t available!!!! We needed this trailer for our week long family vacation up north, to bring our kayaks/toys and other large items. Way to ruin our vacation Home Depot. Thanks a lot. That’s very bad customer service.
