Wonderful store. Difficult to find help but can shop online 1st to find aisles & inventory. Mix of customer svc pros, or not...
Buying appliances here is a joke. Online doesn't even tell you if an appliance is in stock and directs you to visit the store. Upon visiting the Hilo store, you are greeted with rows of shiny appliances. During the 45min wait to speak with an associate you browse the displays and settle on an appliance only for the associate to tell you they are out of stock. Great place to shop for more than just tools...plants, fans, all kinds of stuff. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
