Purchased a new Weber Spirit 325 grill , upon opening it it had a damaged side panel. I called and spoke with a employee in the return department and explained the grill was totally out of the box and partially assembled . I was told to take photos and come into the store for a discount due to damage. I took photos and even brought the damaged side part.
