Horrible customer service. What happened to the helpful staff that used to be so willing to help at the customer service desk. Sarah is one of the rudest people I have ever ran into. Not customer service material at all. My contractors will never step foot again in this building.
Rental Department got me all set with what I needed. My pupper loves the staff and the customers every time we go. Which is often.
Terrible store, don't buy warranty from them as they won't honour it anyways. Called a week ago to make sure we could return our fridge with our receipt, finally make it to town and brought it there for no reason I guess If I wanted to send it to another supplier I wouldn't have payed extra for the warranty. Will not come back, thanks for making it easier to stick with Canadian companies
