DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM HOME DEPO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! Had the worst customer service experience in my life here. On June 8th I go in to use 2 gift cards that I received to make some purchases. The first gift card had no problems. The second gift card had the 4 digit pin scratched off(the employee explains that it was an older gift card and that some of them do that). I asked if I could still use it. Damaged patio set delivered, call the number for "Questions, problems, missing parts" and I'm in middle of explaining the situation, when suddenly... I am pushed into an automated survey...? So, I call back, ask specifically NOT to be moved into a survey before we can solve the issue, Support rep won't agree (weird) and then says I need to email this other company... which isn't working out, so now it's a phone call, and they have to decide if this is a warranty issue now, what a hassle, and what terrible service.

I visited Home Depot today and experienced incredibly unprofessional service. I chose to wait at staffed register #6 rather than use the self-checkout. An assistant manager, likely named Christine or Christina, told me I could use the self-checkout lanes. When I politely declined, stating I preferred to wait for a cashier, she turned to her coworker, Kelly, and mocked me right in front of my face.
