A wonderful experience! Last night I had to make a quick run to get something and the experience with the staff was sooo good. Very polite , very supportive and really helpful! They helped me to find everything I needed even when they were 5 minutes away from closing.
Ive always had positive interactions with staff here. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The store is labelled well and it’s easy to find items. Entrance has accessible doors and there are no stairs. There are accessible toilets as well, with wave to open doors.
I went in simply to get some lumber and have it cut, but was honestly shocked by how good Carlos was—not just with his efficiency, but with his customer service. He was quick with the customer before me without dropping his level of care, and when it was my turn, he was polite, helpful, and went above what I expected. Based on my experience with Carlos, I’d recommend anyone visit this Home Depot.
