Nobody likes to answer the phone and when they do and are required to call back they don't. Not helpful when they are the ones selling damaged items too.

Horrible experience trying to buy paint yesterday afternoon. Asked the man at the paint counter for a small container of a swatch I picked out that mostly matched the paint colour I wanted. I was fine with a bit of an off colour match as it really wasn’t for much just a scratch or two…I was met with an incredibly condescending and rude attitude.
