Use Home Depot all the time and good overall but need to take off some stars as ordering can be a hassle. Previous order for pickup I waited in a busy Customer service return line for 35 minutes to pickup because they didn't have a separate pickup line (I asked). Recently an order for delivery was continually cancelled multiple times for 'product inventory' reasons. No calls from them. Eventually called (chat/text are useless bots) and was advised it was because of the CC and delivery address creating a flag. They match but ... read more
