Home Depot does not use fully licensed contractors for installation as stated on their “Pro” platform. Customer service on line chat is difficult to navigate. I received a case number weeks ago, no one has reached out.
Price too high
I want to give a huge shout-out to Nancy at Home Depot. We have dealt with her a couple of times, and every single time she goes above and beyond. She even arranged product delivery to our job site an hour away! I highly recommend seeing Nancy for any project needs. She is truly awesome!
