Shout out to James and the staff for their amazing customer service. These big stores can be a struggle for some seniors but a very nice lady (I'm sorry, I don't know your name) helped me locate an item (astroturf) on May 21 and took to the front for me and James sorted out a pricing issue on Sat the 23. No problem, took 5 minutes. Thank you!!

Staff were very kind and helpful, I was purchasing soil and couldn’t lift the bag due to having my blood drawn prior to visiting. The attendant called for assistance, who then showed me where to grab a trolley cart, lifted the bag onto my cart, and then moved it across the parking lot and into my vehicle, all while remaining incredibly courteous and cheerful. Great service!
We are extremely disappointed with the service at Home Depot. A few months ago, we ordered a full set of appliances: a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and an over-the-range microwave. Due to a mistake made by the company installing our kitchen, we had to replace the microwave. We called the phone number listed on the paperwork for order changes and clearly requested to cancel only the microwave.
