Big shout out to Travis for his excellent customer service at the Kelowna store. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He had a genuine interest in helping us choose our doors, hardware, supplies etc. Also helped us load everything into our truck!! Thanks again.
I just bought a hot water tank and was loading it into my truck. A Home Depot employee named Brandon ran over and gave me a hand. I always come to Home Depot and I’ve never had better customer service. Thank you very much Brandon. Home Depot should be happy that you are working for them.
I bought a dewalt tool that qualified for the free one. I did this order online with a local pick up. I didnt realize when I ordered it came with a free choice tool. So I went in explained this and they refunded my purchase and recharged me for it then giving me my choice of free dewalt tool. Thank you
