Always have what I need, and lately the staff have been extremely helpful. Whether it’s finding the right tools, paint, or hardware, there’s always someone available and willing to assist without making you wait. The store is well organized, which makes it easy to find what you need quickly, even when you are in a rush or juggling a project. Staff was so helpful getting filter off the top shelf.
This is the worst Hope Depot i ever been to. I went to pick up 2 bags of gravel with my service dog, i was involved in a work related explosion and still recovering. There was no more 3/4 gravel on the floor but there was a skid on the rack . I had 3 different guys call for the lumber guy to come over and take it dow , after 30 min i went to Grace which is the store manager, she sent me some guy that was supposed to help me.
