I always come to this store, I’m a property owner/renovator, I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful though it’s an extremely busy place. I do have a complaint about the maintenance of the rental equipment which I think they contract out. I recently rented the Kobota U17 from them for a week and upon getting to site I realized the lever to reroute the hydraulics to extend or retract the tracks was seized and the tracks weren’t fully retracted which was specifically why I needed this particular machine. Went in for paint last week. The sales associate named Christopher has an attitude problem. He shouldn’t be working with the public. Went in yesterday got help from Akith. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Unlike Christopher.
Selection of wood they have is not quality. They pulled two bundles and I got like 6 alright ones. Waste of 2 hours searching. Maybe alright to use if you dont mind chewed up, cracked, hockey stick looking pieces. On to next location from now on.
