I have been coming here for years. It used to be that every employee greeted you and asked if they could help. I really liked that. It's not like that anymore. Chevy though is the most helpful person in the store.
These people don't even know what a Stiletto hammer 🔨 is 🤷♂️🤣 Just a bunch of Tools in there ! , I advise that you know what you're looking for and what you are doing well before hand 👍🆒 because the staff don't know their elbows from a lug nut.

After a difficult time with CAS (Canadian Appliance Source), interacting with Richard, Lorri, and other customer service staff that represent Home Depot, was delightful! Buying in store is beneficial; the prices are lower than on line, encouraging and welcoming face to face interactions, how lovely and old fashioned! Also, with the Home Depot credit card, for first time uses, $100 is deducted from the cost of purchase, and in my case of a large appliance, that is an appreciated bonus.
