Do not rent a van there. Online it says 75 minutes for $19.99, but in-store contract is 65 minutes. When returning (if over the 65 minute limit), you will pay overage for every minute while there is no employee to check you back in. When finally someone came, they inspected the van before checking me back in, meaning I paid for more overtime minutes. Paid $150 deposit and 2 days later still have not been refunded the difference (actual use time). Never again. Next time I'm going to U-Haul.

Thank you Gordon Higgins for the awesome customer service at Home Depot in South Everett. You were very helpful to me as I wasn't sure what I wanted to order for our remodel, and you answered all my questions.
I've gone to this location 3 days in a row because it is near where I live, one I can't ever find what i need and no one is around to help. BUT THEY HAVE BEEN PLAYING NON STOP GERMAN POLKA MUSIC! You can't think when you're in there. The only solace is when a home depot commercial comes on. I am never going to this location again id rather drive 20 min than to ever go back here
