Im trying to buy an upright freezer The delivery date has been delayed by a week (14th then 16th) and now it is delayed for another week (23rd). I have been gas lit by customer service at Home Depot (supervisor) and lied to by the carrier Day & Ross. I never had any emails from the carrier OR an any calls to set up delivery. I called to set up delivery and was told today then another call to say the 23rd of April. I am waiting to speak to a manager at Day & Ross but I don’t hold out much hope seeing as it’s now nearly Easter... read more
Probably the greatest most friendly customers in any Home depot I've ever been to. Especially in the plumbing aisle.
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Tom in Electrical Department at Home Depot. My mom has been having trouble walking, and we had a few things to take care of. Tom went out of his way to guide us to the right person in each department. It really made a big difference and helped make our trip a lot easier. We really appreciate his kindness and the extra effort he put in to help us out. He’s a real asset to your team!
Coming from Toronto, I’m always amazed by the exceptional staff at this location.
