I need to do a HUGEEEEE shout out to Rebecca. We came in right at close(we didnt realize you closed at 8)and she went absolutely above and beyond to help us with the item we were looking for.One item was out of stock and she AGAIN went out of her way help us figure out how to get the item we needed. Even tho it was the end of the evening,she reassured us not to worry about the time, She was more focused on making sure we were taken care of properly. I would give her a 10 star review if I could.
I have never had a worse experience as a consumer. I purchased blinds from Home Depot Cobourg and they sent someone from their home services team to my house to take measurements. I went to the store to pay 50% up front and the remaining was due after installation. After 7 weeks they finally came and installed only after I reached out for an update. Just came from Home Depot where I was helped by Paula. This customer service experience was one of the best I have had in many years. Paula was so very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a demineralization cartridge for my humidifier. Customer service in most cases has gone the way of the Dodo Bird but this lady is an example of what used to be taught when training employees. Just wanted to give a shout out for the great job she’s doing. I hope HD appreciates her as much as I did. Thanks Paula!
