DO NOT ORDER BLINDS FROM HOME DEPOT OR MAXXMAR! We are extremely frustrated and disappointed. Our blinds rep showed up smelling of marijuana. Despite this, we placed an order after three visits, only to receive it wrong even after I corrected a color mistake before signing. Six weeks later, the blinds arrive and 4 of 7 don’t work. 2025 EDIT (5 years later): Google asked me to revise my review. At Home Depot, it's nearly impossible to find employees on the floor, and when you do they frequently have no relevant knowledge base. Home Depot provides no employee training, as employees can't even reliably duplicate residential keys.
