Often the staff are not helpful and in fact you can't even find them. Or the staff is chatting amongst themselves or on their cell phones in stead of helping customers. Furthermore they let "people" but in line, it's not first come first served at the tills or the paint counter. They often don't have the shelves stocked. In fact if there's 10 pieces of wood eg. 2 by 4's they won't bring more in until those are gone, but the ones left are gnarly!
Went in to pick up a new wh was pretty easy showed my slip and I was on my way
Clean and organized. Makes it very easy to navigate through the isles and the staff is very helpful and assistive when need to locate something in a flash. Has been going there for a while now for my DIY Projects.
