I was looking for a specific light bulb I needed for my garage. I waited for Pat to assist as he was with another customer acting condescending as he answered . Once done , i greeted Pat, who was not interested in greeting me back . I asked my question even showing him a picture I took. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help , I should have brought the light bulb in, speaking with a condescending tone. I understand he is the department head? He needs to take a course on customer relations
