Terrible rental department- go somewhere else they absolutely suck here.
Today, June 17 at 8 pm I wanted to buy 38 OSB sheets, I asked the manager if they could help load them into the car using the forklift, the manager said no, load them yourself, the forklift only takes 50 sheets and more. I think this is not a high-quality service and there is no approach to the client at all, 38 sheets is already a large order, not 5-10, which is really loadable on your own. I am very dissatisfied with the communication with the staff and the assistance provided, in principle I will buy in other store.
I called ahead of time and had them pull an item for me. When I got there I'll have to do is go pick it up at the pro desk pay and go.
