Just had a very poor experience with the tool rental desk. The customer service was very rude.
The man at the call receiving centre for renting vans was very condescending and rude
Inexhaustible...shopping experience with excellent customer service approach.
After 15 minutes of waiting to be helped, there was nobody to be found. When we asked for help we were greeted with rude service and are still waiting….
