Edited: raised the stars back up because, no need to be mean. Made an effort to get a Moen Canada WARRANTY part in the way of a handle kit and BOTH plumbing aisle guy and the manager that gatekeeps the parts were TOTALLY useless because they claim the warranty boxes only contain cartridges which my 18 years as a handyman say is totally untrue.

Hey Megan! Around 4 pm today, (Monday July 13th) , the reason I was looking at you weird, I was holding my breath like you wouldn't beleive! Maybe let someone finish their sentence before cutting them off because you had boxes of what I was looking for! Thank you for the great customer service!
