Great return policy. 90 days with original packaging, no questions asked if in good condition. Friendly service, great hours, reliable inventory. Staffing seems improved for help in aisles. Not a fan of self checkout.
Was in Home Depot this morning getting my receipt fixed up for an overcharge a bag of Scott’s Turf Builder / tile didn’t show the sale / got a refund today wasn’t goingto argue at till. Was looking at bar-b-Q s / a clerk ALEX was very helpful and finally someone in Home Depot that knew the products and provided some good info. Thanks Alex and when I purchase a bar b Q I’ll be in to see you Cheers / so a small bad experience and a good one SUCH IS LIFE
A little disappointing. To finish up a simple job, I needed a few inches of the most common electrical wire in the world - 14/2. I should have gone somewhere else. It took ages to find an associate that could operate the complicated wire dispenser rack. And although she wasn't at all sure, it seems that they don't have reels of interior 14/2 (or 14/3) on the rack! So I had to buy a meter of exterior 14/2 which is more expensive and very annoying to use when you don't need its weatherproof thickness. Next time I need wire I'l... read more
Say what you want about chain / big box stores, but Home Depot in Campbell River excels at customer service and that’s why I continue to shop there. Staff are always so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. Thank you! ❤️
