I want to thank Dawn and Kseniia for helping with my barbecue party tomorrow. I had to buy a barbeque for a last moment gathering, first Kseniia went above and beyond to get me a good one, she showed us the best ones, she also helped us have it delivered so we can have the gathering as planned. Unfortunately the barbeque arrived in time but was missing a bolt, it had to be returned to the store. Guess what! I went in to ask advice before renting some equipment. The salesperson was very helpful. Update: staff are still friendly and helpful, still working on getting the garden in tip top shape, found everything I needed once again.

We spend a lot of money with home depot but we never been experience with poor customer service with others location excepted today at beacon hills location at self checkout about a price match with rona .they told us they not matching price with rona but its stated on their home depot website they will price match and give extra 10% off that why we drove all the way to beacon hills home depot . From now on we just go shop somewhere else they don’t need our money. The lady as a manager self checkout is rude.
