Very bad experience at this Home Depot,price tag says it’s $10 and when we checked out the cashier said it’s $20 while I want him show me where is the price tag for $20 ,but he don’t wanna leave the till ,I went back and took a picture of the tag which says $10 but he still can’t do anything,Won’t be returning to this Home Depot
I am an employee and always knew our core value of GET putting the customer first and lived to the value untill yesterday when I visited the HomeDepot Beacon Hill Tool Rental. Sad to say, never imagined I will be writing this as an employee/customer but I had the worst customer experience ever in any of the retails I have ever been into.
