I have great experience with Dawn, she is very knowledgeable, patient, good listener and give me the best and to the point directions. My questions are answered professional and in minimum time. I appreciate her.
Went in to buy a new drill and accessories, waiting 17 mins in the cage area. Pressed the call button many times. When someone came, he couldn’t unlock the cage and called someone. The response on the radio was “I’m on break” I waited another 7 minutes and left. Went to Rona Crowfoot, bought what I needed and was out in 7 minutes. Horrible customer service Home Depot.
I had an issue with my XPro account, and it took a significant amount of time and effort to resolve. Bala Krishna went above and beyond to help me. He patiently followed up with the support team and stayed on top of the issue until it was fully resolved. I truly appreciate the time, dedication, and persistence he showed in making sure my problem was fixed. Thank you for the excellent support!
