Beware! Never purchase anything online from this Mickey Mouse operation. The return experience is absolutely awful. After the customer service chat cut me off twice, I spent over 1 hour on a chat trying to access the return shipping labels. Chat rep would take over 20 minutes before responding and was not able to provide the labels. After requesting a supervisor, I have not been contacted and am still waiting. This company advertises “Easy returns” for online purchases but beware!!
