Bought a $17.99 hanging tomato plant and they all looked a little dry and wilty but I was assurred that it was healthy and the staff just didn’t get around to watering it. It’s been a week and it’s dying due to a pathogen that all of those hanging tomato plants have at this location. They should not have sold them as all have the same willful brown spotty look. I do not understand why you hire people who can hardly understand and communicate in English.Lots of time I visit and I get so frustrated with the employees who lack basic English and I spend so much time looking for a proper person who can guide me. What a waste of time.
I went in with an idea of what i needed, but in speaking with a variety of staff, I came out with what I actually needed! Shout out to Chuck, Aaron, and Jon, and one other tall gentleman whose name escapes me! Thank you!
First time reviewer On Canada Day my wife and I were shopping for flowers at the Bracebridge Home Depot and decided to take a quick look at some kitchen cabinets. as we were quietly browsing and elderly sales associate who was assisting another couple approached us and rather abruptly told us to “get out of the way” This was my first time posting a Google review and normally I wouldn’t, but her rude and condescending tone really shocked us.
