Had a great experience at home depot. Got excellent help almost immediately and looked after in a timely fashion. They set up delivery for me as well.
Friendly staff at this Home Depot location, always eager to help. Great experience with Tina at the front desk and Joan at the appliance, they both teamed up to make life easy for me at the last visit.
Went in today to look for one of the ghoulish pumpkins and a seasonal associate helped me locate the last one in the store and it was behind the electrical desk. We grab it and are about to walkout and pay for it, then the electrical associate (believe his name is Mark, had gray spikey hair) came over and grabbed it out of my cart, claiming it was his What happened to the customer comes first?! He then proceeded to ask if I was mad and I said yes I am and still didnt let me have it Talk about selfish, no apology or anything
Home depot is impossible to reach by phone. They're going to lose a lot of business. The worst customer service out of any big box store.
