Yesterday I spoke with Manager Heather who was very helpful she told me to come in today and to speak with someone from the MET team about the product based on the situation I have explained to her. She absolutely did nothing wrong and was very helpful she stated that it was the MET team who I would need to consult with. THIS IS THE WORST HOME DEPOT LOCATION. Soo rude and unfriendly rental department stuff, so disrespectful and lazy bunch of useless people who just brush you off, and tell you go and ask somebody else. Also, planted flowers are always wilted and rotten, and do not last for 2 weeks, store is so dirty and unorganized. They are disgrace to the company of this profile.
