Bad customer service
While the people who work in the store are great, their phone service is a far cry from "service". The automated answering system does not understand basic English (OR FRENCH). It is functionally illiterate in both languages. I am trying to get information on a delivery. I called 5 times and went through the bs automated "service" - before I got through to someone. My husband and I were just at Home Depot in Cornwall garden department outside. Normally, the service is decent however, today, the workers, 1 male 1female were awful and so obnoxious. I know good workers are hard to find these days but can’t believe Home Depot standards of hiring is so low. I do have to admit though that the in store workers are excellent. So supervisors/managers be on the lookout because we were not alone. These workers are lucky that i was not their supervisor, they would be out of a job!
