IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING BIG HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE STORE AMD PICK IT UP OR ORDER ELSE WHERE!!! I ordered a gas range on May 24 at 11:22 Am. Hit the cancel button at 11:25am. As it was the wrong range. I was told it was too late to cancel as order has shipped. yeah right. So I waited a few days and called and was told to wait for the range to arrive and take it to the store to get an immediate refund. I was told it would arrive on June 5th, I took the day off work to wait for it and No Range arrived, no call etc. Contacted ho... read more
Very poor customer service. I ordered online and the item didn't ship for 3 weeks, so I canceled. Then a couple weeks later I received a notice that the item was about to ship and was charged to my credit card. Now Home Depot won't credit back and I have not received the item, nor do I want the item anymore, didn't arrive in time for what I needed it for. And they won't provide a timeframe as to when I will receive credit.
