Had issues purchasing a zero turn mower from another location and ordered it online from the Brockville store; however, the online site redirected the order to the Kingston store, which did not have mower and the order apparently could not be redirected back to the Brockville store. After spending in excess of 5 hours staff at Home Depot Online with no successful resolution. They don't have real lumber. Don't even look... you won't find a strait one. If you order delivery it will come damaged. They are so understaffed that they just won't deliver sometimes and won't bother to let you know. No one at the stores knows anything about anything. This is late capitalism, the hardware store version. American company gains monopoly then drives up the prices, lowers their quality, reduces their staff, and hires cheap people with no experience. I hate what our world has become.
