The customer service I received went at this location was amazing. Tyson was great and very helpful and spent a significant amount of time with me helping me collect my wood order. Great work.
Dropped into the Brockville HD with a problem regarding an item I had purchased last year. The lady that helped me was so patient and knowledgeable that I couldn't thank her enough for sorting out my issue.
We bought a small freezer today. Got it home and it was damaged in the box. We returned it for a even exchange same day. Your staff were excellent and very helpful especially Tyler and Tyson. They were professional, generous and kind. They explained the return procedure and processed the exchange quickly. I want to sincerely thank your store, Tyler and Tyson for an exceptional experience.
