2 guys came to deliver a fridge that was ordered from this store. Proceeded to argue that they do not relocate our old fridge (we were assured by Home Depot they will either relocate or take the old fridge). After calling Home Depot and they called their head office they had the lady on speakerphone (this is after she told us to tell the delivery guys to answer their phone) and she literally said WE DO RELOCATE. I had a great experience with Peter in the paint department at Home Depot. His service was excellent—very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and gave helpful suggestions that made the whole process much easier.
Our cashier Rosemarie was amazing
Terrible experience here, client drove an hour out of her way to pick out an exterior door, was in perfect condition and paid in full. The door got badly damaged by careless employees loading it on the cart upside down with zero protection scratching and denting the door. Extremely frustrating and shows lack of training, responsibility and care from management and employees. You would think they would be careful with an $800 door but no, they don’t care and had zero solutions other then waiting days if not weeks for a replac... read more
