Was here Nov. 30 2025, totally disappointed in customer service. I asked someone for help for an product he looked at me and just turned around continued to talk his 3 colleagues wow!!! This totally unacceptable. This was 2nd time visiting this location in the past 6 years and now it will be my last. Home hardware or Rona will get my business moving forward.
We had a fantastic experience with Ortega while shopping for our over-the-range hood. He was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely eager to help us figure out the best option for our home. He was also so kind and engaging with our kids, which made the whole experience even better. Truly the best associate we’ve come across in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Ortega!
Great selection of Christmas trees today so mission accomplished for our visit today. However, it is inconceivable that they don’t have an electric saw to cut off the base. The poor guy working this department is using a manual saw and told us that the electric one had broken and management hadn’t replaced it. How CHEAP is this Home Depot’s manager that he cannot spare an electric saw at the beginning of Christmas trees sales?
