Jaida was an absolute lifesaver during my visit to Home Depot. I came in with my grandparents looking for a few things, and she went out of her way to guide us. Not only did she help us track down the items we needed, but she also explained hose repair options in detail and gave really thoughtful advice on different bug repellents. I’m overwhelmed by the customer service this store has given me. Christine (I hope I’m not confusing the name) the store manager is really amazing. I had an issue with my order purchased in store and she did everything to make me happy with my purchase. The efforts she made really exceeded my expectations. Also hats off to the online customer service representative Pat for this. I’m definitely doing more shopping at this location. Hundred stars from my side 💕

Rylan, from the garden centre, was very helpful and patient. Me and my grandpa were looking for a solution to fix the interlocking on our driveway. He gave us a proper solution and recommendation. Overall we are satisfied with the service and purchase.
