Not Paperless and no description of what you bought, just numbers. Cashier asked if I wanted an email of my purchase or a paper copy. Said email and filled in my ID. Rang through my purchases and then gave me a paper printed copy?? So much for paperless!! Next time in I bought 3 appliances. Asked if I wanted email or hard copies, you guessed it, hard copy. When I got the paper copy of what I bought, there was no description of each item, just sku, model ID and amount. Only Home Depot does this!!!? Why?
Never anyone around to help. Waited over 20 minutes at their panel saw. Asked 3 people to page someone. Turns out the one guy doesn't want to do it and said wait till 5 for the other person. Never again will I go back
Absolute last resort going to this store. Unfriendly, unhelpful and most importantly lacking in knowledge. Had absolute worst experience in paint dept had to drive to Kitchener store to get help I needed.
