We had to replace our shower head and bathroom faucet. We went to look for some options. We got great help from Olga in bathroom department. She was knowledgeable and professional. We totally got the best service and an amazing experience shopping with Olga's help! She made a great recommendation for us - spot resistant shower head and faucet. No hard water spots to clean anymore!
Heck this and EVERY OTHER Home Depot. Without fail, Home Depot employees are unhelpful if they can even be doing at all. More often than not, I find where all the staff is when I get to the checkouts..... But it's not the kind where a nice helpful employee confirms I found what I was looking for. Good store to shop.
I was looking for a Milwaukee trimmer and blower. The employee that assisted me named Kelly was very helpful. She was doing her work. Helping other customers. I approached her and asked for help. Kelly was kind and helpful. I didn’t tell her I was injured. Her support deserved honourable mention. Her courtesy gave Home Depot a “Winning Star” in my books!
I need replacement screws and nuts and special bolts for my grandson’s bunk bed. Ernie was so helpful. He took the time to make sure I got the right items that would work. He really cared. I had to go back the next day for addition parts and thankfully he was there. Mike also helped solve my problem on what screws and attachments I need. I would not have been able to wade through all the different assortment of screws nuts bolts.
