Just left the store. Shopping for an exterior door, willing to spend 1k. First question I asked was met with: “I don’t think so”. It’s okay if you don’t know, try: “I don’t know, but I’ll find out and get right back to you”. Second question: are there color options on the hardware? Response? Hardware is separate. (hinges are hardware!) Then I asked can the trim be separate, not attached. Response: that’s a custom design, price went from $900 to $2,400!
