Item was not on shelf, but associate looked it up and went and found it in the back
They don't honor there price match. And very rude about it. I was going to spend a couple grand in tools here but I put it all back i will be taking my business somewhere else. And will be returning all the tools I bought from here this past week

Disappointing Experience with Home Depot Canada Online Ordering I placed an online order for two toolboxes on September 5, 2025, with a promised delivery window of September 13-15.
