I ordered something online with gift cards from this store. Payment processed everything was fine. 2 days later Home Depot cancelled the order. I did not. Said they were issuing the return to the gift card. Go into the store a week later to buy said item in person. The gift cards have no money on them. People in the store can't help. I have to say this was a great return experience! To Kaz who got the ball rolling and the rest of the crew who worked hard on getting my Dad the return he was promised. This team went above and beyond! Thanks to all staff involved! Ya'll saved the day :o)
