What an absolute joke and a waste of time. Asked someone to send an employee to lighting to help us (that staff member was nice and indeed called someone to lighting), after waiting 10 minutes still no one showed up, so we left. We'll spend money elsewhere that actually cares about customer service.
We came in today and received excellent service from the time we walked in the door until we left. This has not always been the case at this location . Thank you Helen for making the checkout process smooth thank you Cale for running back in and grabbing our bag that we had forgotten. You definitely went the extra mile. I thought that I received some pretty great help so I wanted to leave a review. I got to the Okotoks Home Depot about 15 minutes before closing and was a bit frantic that I wouldn't have enough time to pick up all of the parts that I needed in order to finish an installation of a replacement washer. But a very knowledgeable Plumbing and Electrical Rep (Tom) was very happy to help me get everything figured out even though I am sure he had things to get done before closing.
