Very helpful staff, close to my home
Terrible customer service in their Wall Coverings department: 1. No staff in or anywhere near this section during the ten minutes I waited by the desk. I had to go back to Customer Service at the store entrance to ask for someone to be paged. 2. The paged associate was nabbed by another customer, armed with many samples, before I could get back to Wall Coverings.
