I love this store. And usually the people on the floor are so nice and helpful.
Doesn’t price match. They advertise price match guarantee, but in reality it’s not truthful and pretty misleading. Doesn’t accept third party - fair enough. I then showed one that wasn’t, but then they added shipping to the price match, pretty counterintuitive. This doesn’t produce customers that return.
I recently had to replace some of my cedar decking on my porch. Not only did the gentleman find me the exact type of wood I needed( brought some pictures), he then used their in store saw to cut them to length! He was so helpful, and knowledgeable. Absolutely, love this place!
