There was no one knowledgeable about electrical when I was in. Had to rely on Google to figure out what I needed. Ended up going somewhere else to answer the questions I couldn't figure out. Probably could have got what I needed there but the staff person couldn't say for sure what I needed

I had a very disappointing experience at Home Depot today. I am new to PG and was genuinely struggling to find some items in the store. I asked an employee named Mandeep Kaur for help, and instead of assisting properly, she casually told me the item was in Aisle 1. After walking there, I realized it was completely the wrong section.
