I just want to express my gratitude to Mano, the manager of the tool rental department. I ordered a door unit and it was too heavy to transport to my boat access cabin. He helped me disassemble the unit and wrap it in plastic ( way beyond his job description). When I then went to load it into the rental van, it did not fit. Mano then arranged the rental of an open pick up. Mano is extremely helpful and good natured. He helped me get out of jam and on my way with my new patio doors for my cabin. Thank you Mano!!!
Made a special trip to get some blades for my saw as it showed 17 in stock. Nothing. Ordered online.
