I might be bias, but I love the home Depot.
More might get accomplished here if the employees didn’t have to ask ‘how are you doing’ every single time they saw you (getting pissy when you finally stop answering), and actually tidied up, or learned where one might find the product you’re looking for.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB but also would suggest that you take your business elsewhere. My Dad is stone mason and has been to MANY home construction stores and never have they experienced what happened today. My sister took my 70 year old Mom to get construction supplies, first time at this store. They were buying several huge bags of Rockwol insulation. Had a water tank issue in my RV and the local dealer was closed. Tried Home Depot on the off chance they may have the part I needed. The associate was very helpful and found us exactly what we needed.
