I regularly shop at Home Depot Burnaby and usually have good experiences when picking up my online orders, but today was very different because of an employee named Mandana. Normally, staff place heavier orders onto a cart for customers, but instead, she kicked the heavy box toward me with her foot and rudely told me to go get my own cart from outside and load it myself.
