Great service at the tool rental
I needed a rental truck and Manuel from the rental shop was very accommodating, I have to say its been one of the most seamless and professional experiences I've ever had. Thanks so much for making it happen I really want to thank you for your exceptional customer service and keep up the great work!!
The staff at this location would prefer to gossip and hang out in groups where customers cannot find them. Waiting 25 minutes for someone to open a cage is a waste of my time. As a Pro Xtra member and contractor, I would expect the customer service for myself and all other customers to be significantly better. I will be taking all of my business to their competitors moving forward. Waste of time and lack of customer service. Don't waste your time here.
