Great customer support. Never had an issue with reasonable returns. Sometimes need to verify what you buy vs what's online. They don't always match.
Don't buy appliances from Home Depot. My $1799 hood fan was severely damaged during transit. During onboxing I noticed the damage and started immediately video recording the unboxing to document the damage, because 48 hours has passed since delivery Home Depot refused to repair an exchange the appliance. This is a set (hood, range, fridge, dishwasher) I've been waiting 90 days for a $380 replacement part from Bosch and now Encompass parts (the Bosch authorized parts supplier in Canada) cancelled the order and refunded my car... read more
