I have shopped at this store for years. I was shocked today when I went in and found all their tills were self serve. I am actively looking at alternatives and I hope I can avoid shopping there completely in the future.
Great place lotsa tool selection found what I was looking for
Used to like this store but they have just gotten rid of all of their staffed checkouts for some reason. Do they think that people actually want to ring in their own items?? How is this enhancing the customers’ experience at the store? “Oh, you know how you come to Home Depot and play the role of a shopper all the time?
