The store is fine, staff is helpful (when you can find someone), but parking is fubar. Its a nightmare trying to find parking close, and the store it self, is never really that busy. I avoid this location just because of the parking, Burnaby HD is bigger, and parking is better.

Helpful staff. Had a return to do. Lost my receipt. Good system can lookup my transactions based on scanning my credit card. Saved me a lot of trouble in having to search for my receipt or store credit only. A+ good service.
Aarushi was amazing at helping me with the kids workshop today. I called the store the day before to ask if there was extra kits and was told to come early, when I arrived they said I needed to come at the end. Aarushi found a different kit for my 5 year old and he was so happy to be apart of the experience. Thank you for going above and beyond
