Great store, lots of help.
Today May 1st /26 I went to go pick up my rental of an aerator from the rental department. I got a confirmation email saying that I could pick up my reserved rental for noon. I live 40 minutes away in Angus, non were available in Barrie, I had also taken work off. When I arrived I was told that it had been rented out to someone else that had a reservation for noon.
