Best customer services. I went to get stuff to hang my TV on wall. Asked 2 3 guys but they were busy was hoping to find John but he wasn't around. Was looking for the tools and John came out from the aisle and I was soo happy cuz I knew im with the right person who will guide me with each any everything. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Marcel at Home Depot. During my visit, he appeared to be focused on his phone for much of our interaction and did not seem to be listening to the questions I was asking. When I raised concerns and asked for assistance, I felt that they were brushed off rather than addressed. Overall, I did not find the interaction helpful and left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I would have expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.
Just called this place and a frickin CLANKER picked up the phone. Just wanted to call to see if they had a belt for my dryer but I GUESS NOT. Thanks A LOT. Geniuses. Made it almost pointless to call your store for general inquiry. TERRIBLE WEBSITE. Always tries to show me stuff that THEY DON'T HAVE IN STORE. SHAME!!! SOO MUCH SHAME!!!! Home Depot Pro?? MORE LIKE HOME DEPOT NO!!! Will update my review if they remove the phone clanker. Update: Phone clanker still there.
