It’s kind of like the dispensary. It’s the place you have to go if you don’t know what you need but you have a big project to do. They have a great breadth of stuff. And a range of prices. But the more knowledge you can acquire and the more planning you can do prior to your visit the less frustrated you will be.

We bought an oven here and it came with the incorrect plug in (40 amp). We have a standard 50 amp outlet. Not a huge deal you would think but I called the store and the associate essentially called me an idiot and told me to just plug it in anyways. Obviously I’m not risking burning down my house and will call their headquarters as this is clearly a wider mistake. Buyer beware!
