Don't ever order online for delivery. Order was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. It says "ready to ship" for 11 days. No one can give me an answer as to when to expect it or where it is, just keep getting passed to different people and no one knows anything ( 1 item over $1200 is why I'm irritated by not receiving it and not getting any answers).
