I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Home Depot, specifically with the store manager, Casey Childrss. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me as a customer. The tone, attitude, and lack of basic respect he displayed should not be tolerated in any customer service environment—especially not at a company like Home Depot that claims to value its customers.
