I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Home Depot, specifically with the store manager, Casey Childrss. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me as a customer. The tone, attitude, and lack of basic respect he displayed should not be tolerated in any customer service environment—especially not at a company like Home Depot that claims to value its customers. My online order was ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
This home depot is very big. It has full stock of all the items you will need for your home care. Great selection of products and large space to move around. I bought few items that were cheaper than what we find in the DC suburbs. The sales tax is also less. They have 16x20 air filter for only $3 of anyone is interested.
