Very impressed with Austin, Assistant Store Manager. We had an issue with delivery of an order (HD advised delivery would take place "between 8 am and 8 pm" on Tuesday. Frustrating. Nothing more specific available. Then it did not arrive at all, and 24 hours later it was revealed the product had been damaged two days earlier and would never be delivered.) New order placed.
