Home Depots, like most big stores, are pretty much the same everywhere. It's the employees who make the difference. At this Home Depot, they are excellent! Super-friendly and professional! The good folks in the paint department were so nice and suggested some scent for the wall paint. I loved it!
Can't never find someone to help you. Then when you do, the people working in the department don't know anymore than you do.
Over the years I've done a ton of business with this home depot. I believe that is going to change moving forward. I went to pickup an order placed for a project and the attendant running the customer service counter, immediately got attitude with me. My next mistake was going back to get more materials. So I placed yet another order and continue working. When my order was ready another lady was there but gave my receipt to someone who supposed to help me loadmy order.
