Not sure how to rate this because the store is fantastic. The carpet rep talked us into them installing some carpet in our basement. “the guy has done it for 20 years” and whatnot so we were excited. Well he sent his crew instead and they did damage to the window frame the walls and the transitions looked like shizzah. It isn’t the worst contractor work I’ve ever seen but we COULD have done it better if we had known it would turn out this way.
