Was moving my storage items and this store had hdx27 bins. They were on a deal $8.00. Perfect pricing.
I made a reservation for a box truck a month in advance for a Saturday at 7:30 am. They called me at 8:30 pm the night before to tell me it had a flat tire and there was nothing they could do. They didn't try to put on a spare, they didn't try to get a truck from another location. They told me they could "maybe" get my a truck by 10 am the next day "if another customer brought one back" but they couldn't guarantee it.
