My senior parents’ experience: Told washer would arrive between 8-12. Got a call at 7:15am. They were not awake or ready. Installer mixes up the hot and cold water hoses. They called to report the issue. No one can come fix it for 2 days. Whatever third party is doing deliveries is making Home Depot look bad.
